1. How long is the order processing time?

All our items will be shipped on the second working day after payment is received. Our team will reach out via the email or contact number provided to confirm delivery arrangements.

2. How long will my delivery take?

Delivery time varies by location: local deliveries take approximately 3 to 7 working days from confirmation, while international deliveries require 5 to 14 working days prior to sales.

3. How much do I need to pay for delivery in Singapore?

Orders over SGD 400 qualify for free delivery to forwarders. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of SGD 40 will apply. Delivery charges are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

4. How much do I need to pay for delivery if not in Singapore (Abroad)?

Applying transportation fees locally is at your discretion, and delivery charges in Singapore exclude Goods and Services Tax.

5. Can I amend/cancel my order?

No amendment is allowed after order has been placed & confirmed.

6. Can I exchange or refund my products after purchase?

Please note that once prices are confirmed, goods are are non-returnable or refundable. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Yew Aik Hung Hardware Pte Ltd.

7. What are the payment modes available?

We accept Cash, PayNow and Bank Transfer.

8. Is your stock limited to the stock listed on your website?

9. What happens if the item run out of stock when l had already ordered?

Our primary staff will respond within 1–2 business days to address the issue. Once the items arrive from shipment, we’ll ensure delivery within 2–3 working days.

10. What if the item I need is out of stock in-store?

Please note that items may sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, we will need time to restock. We’ll update you within 3–5 working days when it becomes available.
